Who is Ellen?

Ellen is the person who will roll up her sleeves and jump right in, whether at home on their farm, for our Township, friends, neighbors or anyone who needs help.

According to some of our residents, no one knows more about this Township than Ellen does. That is important when developers are challenging our Ordinances. Ellen knows the history of how and why we are an incredible place to live. She doesn't back down from a challenge and she will stand up and be counted on behalf of our residents.

She is the person we want on our side of the table from the developers and especially in the fight for our existence against the quarry developer.

"Although I could list many qualifications and achievements, I want to talk about dedication. Ellen loves this Township. She truly does; its rich history, its people, its spirit, and its quality of life. She's not saying these things. She has proven over and over and over again that she is a dedicated and knowledgeable servant of this Township. A treasure.

I strongly endorse her reelection. We will look long and hard for many years to try to find anyone who brings even one 10th of the qualifications and demonstrated achievements that she does to this position."

Respectfully

Lois Gadek, PhD,

Former Chair and Secretary of the LMT Planning Commission

Dear Neighbors:

In my experience, the issues most important to local communities often transcend political parties. That is why, no matter what your political affiliation, I strongly encourage you to write in and vote for my neighbor, Ellen Koplin, to continue her work as Lower Milford Township Supervisor.

I've known Ellen pretty much my entire life, as did my mother before me. Nobody cares more for this township: its strong roots in nature and its rich cultural heritage. Ellen will work to preserve what we have here in Lower Milford Township, and also address the challenges and opportunities of today.

I intend to write in and vote for Ellen Koplin on November 4, and hope that you will join me.

Sincerely,

Lisa Bobbie Schreiber Hughes

United States Ambassador, retired
